Nana Jacqueline offers returns on unworn items within 21 days of the order date for U.S. and international customers. 

1. The item must be in brand new condition. Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted. 

2. The product tag and NJ packaging buckle must be attached and the outer packaging must be included.
