Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here is how we can help.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Return Window
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • Day 1 is the day your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Your return or exchange is considered on time as long as your request is submitted within 14 days.
Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • No odors, stains, or damage
  • Original tags attached
  • NJ packaging buckle attached
  • Original outer packaging included

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds
  • U.S. orders: Free return shipping. No restocking fee.
  • International orders: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
  • Each order includes 2 free exchanges.
  • You have 14 days from delivery to request your first exchange.
  • Once your exchange is delivered, a fresh 14-day window opens to request a second exchange if needed.
  • U.S. orders: Free return shipping on exchanges.
  • International orders: Exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • After 2 exchanges, we are unable to process additional exchanges. We will offer a refund or store credit instead.
Store Credit
  • Store credit can be used online and in store.
  • Store credit expires 1 year from the date it is issued.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

U.S. Orders:

  1. Click Start Return below.
  2. You will receive a prepaid shipping label by email.
  3. Ship your items back to us.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be confirmed within 5–10 business days.

International Orders:

  • Email hello@nanajacqueline.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Pre-Orders
  • Pre-order items follow the same return and exchange policy.
  • Your 14-day window begins on the date your pre-order is delivered.
Final Sale Items
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If a final sale item is sent back, it will be returned to you.
Order Cancellations
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • To receive a refund, please wait for your delivery and start a return.
Price Adjustments
  • Nana Jacqueline does not offer price adjustments.
