RETURN & Exchange POLICY
Nana Jacqueline offers returns on unworn items within 14 days of the ship date for U.S. and international customers. We will add a $25 restocking fee for all returns that request a refund.
1. The item must be in brand new condition. Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
2. The product tag and NJ packaging buckle must be attached and the outer packaging must be included.
Please note all items marked final sale are not eligable for a refund.
Simply click on the button below to submit your return request and you will receive a shipping label via email.
Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive tracking information for your exchange or a refund notification to your email within 5-10 business days.
Pre-paid shipping labels are unavailable for international orders.
For international return instructions, please email hello@nanajacqueline.com with your order number and a photo of the item you're returning.
Please note any items final sale items will not be accepted for a return.

Pre-orders have 14 days from the ship date to send back and receive a full refund.
If an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it.
You must first receive your item, and then return it to us for a refund.
Items marked as final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Any Final Sale items that are sent back to us will be automatically shipped back to you.
Nana Jacqueline does not offer price adjustments at this time.
Store credit for returned items will expire after 1 year. You will be able to use it online and in store.
