Nana Jacqueline offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returns that are postmarked after 14 days from the delivery date will not be refunded and automatically shipped back to you after it arrives at our shipping facility. All regular priced items bought using promotional codes are eligible for exchange or store credit.
Return/Exchange services are provided in the following situations
1. The goods to be returned/exchanged are kept in good condition at the time of return, and do not affect the second sale.
2. The product tag has not been removed, The anti-counterfeiting buckle has not been removed, and the outer packaging is not missing.
3. The clothing has not been worn, washed, changed, etc.
4. The clothes are not stained with cosmetics (such as lipstick, foundation, Etc.), and there is no peculiar smell (such as perfume, alcohol, Etc.)
5. The product is not lost or damaged due to incomplete packaging or shipping company.
Please note there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund. The refund amount does not include shipping costs for return.
What is the expiration date for my store credit from my return?
If you have received store credit for a return, there is a one-year period (from the issue date) prior to expiration.
How to return item(s) for international orders?
Pre-paid shipping labels are unavailable for international orders. If you have placed an international order, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, including duties and taxes. Please be sure to send the item back using a trackable shipping label within the 14 day return period. Any items sent back without a trackable shipping label will be automatically returned to the customer.
How can I cancel order?
Placed orders cannot be cancelled before shipping. You must first receive your package and then start a return.Pre-paid shipping labels are unavailable for international orders. Do you offer price adjustments?

What are final sale items?
All sale items and jewellery are not eligible for returns or refunds, store credit or exchange. Any Final Sale items that are sent back will be automatically shipped back to you. Regular priced items bought using promotional codes are eligible for exchange or store credit.
