Nana Jacqueline offers returns on unworn items within 14 days of the ship date for U.S. and international customers. 

1. The item must be in brand new condition. Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted. 

2. The product tag and NJ packaging buckle must be attached and the outer packaging must be included.

Returns will not be processed unless they go through our Returns Manager portal, you can access here. We will add a $25 restocking fee for all returns that request a refund.
